It's officially official...

So, it is official. I am a homeowner with a mortgage. Scary, kind of! My loan funded today, and I was able to get the keys to my new condo. Actually, I didn't "get the keys", technically Mark did. He was nice enough to drive to the condo office and pick them up for me during his work day while I was sleeping.

I have 2 more days of working 10pm-10am and then official moving-in day will be on the 4th of July. I know it is not the ideal day to be moving, but unfortunately it didn't close the week it was supposed to, and the 4th is really my only choice since I have to be out of my place on Lake Tapps by the 5th.

Luckily enough though I have a few fabulous friends who have volunteered to help out, even though it is a holiday and is supposed to be pretty nice out! Hopefully we can get everything moved quickly so we can at least enjoy some of the day out in the pool and BBQ'ing! And hey...if you don't have plans, feel free to come and down and help out! :)
